Friends of the Oregon Coast Aquatic Park Board are pleased to unveil the first architectural concept drawing of the proposed South Beach aquatic park.  Architect Melicia Dedijer and her associate Glen Small have captured the essence of the project with a dramatic and dynamic structure.  For those who have seen the concept drawing, the first response of most is "WOW!" 

The structure is designed to meet the needs of locals and tourists alike with an 8-lane, 25 yard competition pool at one end, and an aquatic park at the other with wave, leisure and toddler pools, slides, a Flowrider and other aquatic interests.  Not a swimmer?  Then, visit the core retail shops, arcade, climbing wall or food court.
